Administration
After carrying out a detailed analysis, our systems department sets up all necessary management controls (financial and pedagogical). Our human resources department then selects the teachers and material for the contract. Finally the partner in charge will manage the program - with or without coordinators, depending on the size of the contract.

Teachers
Our teachers are TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) qualified. They are regularly observed by the partner in charge of Human Resources and workshops are offered on a regular basis.

Pedagogical Support
Our teachers have constant access to New Start's extensive teaching resource centre (850 teaching books and CD-Roms and 650 CDs, cassettes, DVDs & video tapes). They are further supported by the material department who supply authentic texts from on-line business magazines and video material from CNN and BBC. The department creates student worksheets to accompany the texts and video material.
